Korpsesoturi Releases New Album Korplish Sedamon in Finnish Death Metal Scene
Brutal Records is proud to welcome Finnish death metal Nordic country band KORPSESOTURI to its international roster.
The band will release its new full-length album, KORPLISH SEDAMON, worldwide on November 27, 2026, on digital and physical formats.
Coming from the Finnish underground, KORPSESOTURI has been keeping its focus on what death metal is supposed to be: heavy, dark, aggressive, and uncompromising. There is no attempt here to make the music cleaner or more accessible than it needs to be. The band's sound is firmly rooted in old school death metal, with crushing guitar work, powerful drums, deep vocals, and a dark atmosphere that runs through the entire record.
KORPLISH SEDAMON is the next step in a journey that began in 2014. Over the years, KORPSESOTURI has built a reputation within the underground through a series of releases that have stayed true to the band's musical direction. Much of KORPLISH SEDAMON comes directly from the vision of Juha Ahlfors, who wrote all of the music and lyrics and handled guitars, bass, vocals, production, mixing, and mastering. Otto Uotila takes care of drums and percussion, giving the album the heavy and relentless foundation it needs.
The album was recorded in Finland at Wanha Wihtahousu Studios and ZombiEater Studios.
